Website privacy notice

Information with a purpose.

This notice covers the Xenryx website and its early-access, enterprise, careers, media, general-contact, and privacy-request forms. It does not describe a released AI application or grant access to one.

1. Scope and operator

Xenryx Inc., a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States, operates this website and is responsible for deciding how the website information described here is used. In this notice, "Xenryx," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Xenryx Inc.

You can contact us about this notice through the privacy and legal contact channels. Visitors can browse without submitting a contact form. An email address is required only when you ask us to reply or register your interest; your name and message are optional.

2. Information collected

  • Information you submit: your email address, optional name, optional message, selected inquiry category, and any package or role you express interest in.
  • Inquiry records: the form source, request type, creation and update times, and number of submissions for the same inquiry. Delivery records include the message payload, delivery status, and retry information.
  • Hosting and security information: network requests necessarily expose an IP address and request information to our hosting provider. The website backend uses a salted, short-lived hash of the requesting IP address for rate limiting, rather than saving the raw IP address in the inquiry database. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational and security records.

These forms do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, health information, passwords, prompts for model inference, file uploads, audio, or access to your workstation. Do not include confidential third-party material or sensitive personal information in an inquiry unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

3. Purpose and early access

We use submissions to manage expressions of interest, respond to inquiries, discuss Project Argonath, consider careers interest, handle privacy or security requests, and send the communications you asked to receive. We also use limited technical records to prevent abuse and maintain the website.

Early-access requests may receive a confirmation and relevant Xenryx release or invitation updates. Other inquiry categories are used to respond to that inquiry, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing. Registering interest does not guarantee an invitation, job, product availability, release date, price, or purchase.

We do not use website submissions to train AI models. We do not sell these records or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use these forms to make solely automated decisions about employment or access to other significant opportunities.

Where a lawful basis is required, our legitimate interests are responding to requested communications, managing business inquiries, and securing the website. Consent is the basis for optional release or marketing updates you request; applicable legal obligations may require us to process a privacy request or preserve specific records. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

4. Providers and disclosures

The public website is configured to use Cloudflare Workers for hosting and Cloudflare D1 for inquiry storage. When email delivery is enabled, Google Workspace and the Gmail API deliver inquiry notifications and early-access confirmations. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts; loading them involves a request from your browser to Google.

Authorized personnel and these providers process information as needed for the functions above. Our hosting, database, or email providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their infrastructure, contractual safeguards, and data-location settings affect where processing occurs; this website does not promise that data stays in your country.

We may disclose relevant records when required by valid legal process or when necessary to address a serious security incident or protect people from harm, subject to applicable law. We do not automatically refer an inquiry to authorities merely because someone disagrees with us or asks a difficult question.

5. Cookies, local storage, and external links

The website application does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting or security services may use necessary cookies or request metadata to deliver and protect the site. A new optional analytics or advertising integration would require an updated notice and any applicable consent controls before it is enabled.

In an unconnected local preview only, a form may save up to 50 recent inquiry drafts in your browser's local storage. The preview identifies these as device-only drafts; they are not delivered to Xenryx. You can remove them by clearing that site's stored browser data. On the connected website, a failed submission is not silently saved as a local signup.

Official social links, when added, open third-party websites only when you follow them; this site does not embed their feeds or tracking widgets. Those services apply their own privacy notices. We do not control their handling of information.

6. Retention, deletion, and security

Website inquiry records and their associated queued or completed email records are configured for deletion from the active website database 180 days after the inquiry was last updated. A new submission for that same inquiry restarts this period. Scheduled cleanup removes expired records; you may request earlier deletion through the privacy channel.

Deleting an active database record does not instantly erase provider backups, already delivered emails, or correspondence held separately to handle a legal obligation. Those systems have separate retention and recovery settings. We limit additional retention to a continuing communication need or an applicable legal requirement and review it when that purpose ends.

Rate-limit hashes expire at the end of their short-lived rate window and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Local preview drafts remain on your device until you clear them or the preview replaces older drafts.

For the public deployment, HTTPS protects information in transit, and Cloudflare provides encryption at rest for D1. Inquiry records are not end-to-end encrypted against Xenryx: authorized personnel and service providers can process them to respond to you. Access control and secure account administration remain necessary. No security measure eliminates every risk.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Applicable exceptions and response deadlines apply; this notice does not reduce rights the law gives you.

AccessCorrectionDeletionCopyObjectionWithdraw consent

Use a privacy request to exercise your rights, or stop optional Xenryx updates. Tell us which email address and inquiry your request concerns. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your authority; do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

Opting out of optional updates does not prevent a necessary response to an active inquiry, a security notice, or communications required by law. We will not penalize you for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children

This professional website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact the privacy team so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. Future products may have additional age and regional restrictions.

9. Future products and Xenryx Chain

deXI, Intelligence Packages, Project Argonath, local models, cloud reasoning, voice-aware interaction, and Xenryx Chain are product directions described on this website. Contact-form submissions are stored in the website database, not minted onto a public blockchain or converted into product-memory shards.

Before a product collects prompts, files, audio, workstation context, model telemetry, payment information, or account data, it will need product-specific privacy information and any required permissions or controls. This website notice does not authorize those future activities.

References to privacy-first architecture and zero-retention reasoning describe intended product pathways, not a promise that website inquiry records are never stored. Product capabilities, data flows, security properties, and controls must be explained and verified for the version actually released.

Website terms

A clear basis for using the site.

These terms concern this website and its inquiry forms. They are not a subscription agreement, software license, employment offer, or enterprise contract. Additional agreements and notices will apply if you later obtain a Xenryx product or service.

You may browse the site and contact us for lawful purposes. Provide accurate contact details and submit only material you are authorized to share. You retain your rights in what you submit; you permit us to handle it for the limited purposes in the privacy notice, not to claim ownership or use it for unrestricted AI training.

The Xenryx name, wordmark, website design, and original content belong to Xenryx or the relevant rights holders. Public access does not transfer ownership or permission to impersonate Xenryx. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses.

Product descriptions, plans, demonstrations, and anticipated releases may change. We aim to keep the site accurate, but it may contain errors or become unavailable. Do not rely on a concept visualization as a verified performance benchmark, certification, security audit, or availability commitment. External links are provided for reference, not as a guarantee or endorsement.

Nothing in these website terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any future paid service will need its own terms covering delivery, payment, cancellation, support, and applicable customer rights.

Responsible use

Respect people and systems.

Do not use this website to impersonate others, send spam or threats, submit malware, collect information unlawfully, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website. Do not submit another person's sensitive information without a valid reason and authority.

We may rate-limit or block abusive requests and investigate security reports. If you discover a vulnerability, use the security contact channel and describe it without exposing other visitors' data. Do not exploit, publicly disclose private records, or conduct disruptive testing. Contacting us does not by itself authorize testing or create a paid bug-bounty arrangement.

AI and research notice

Ambition is not a guarantee.

The site's interactive diagrams, routing controls, network graphs, and mathematical notes illustrate product ideas. They do not run the Xenryx operating system, perform live model inference, verify your hardware, or demonstrate measured quantum security. Technical examples are explanations, not production cryptographic implementations.

Future AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable results. Important outputs and autonomous actions require appropriate verification, permissions, and human oversight. AI should not replace qualified professional advice or required review in consequential decisions.

Changes to this notice

We will update the date when this notice changes. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required before making that new use. A website update alone does not create consent to an unrelated purpose.
